A duplex penthouse above Downtown Dubai, wrapped floor-to-ceiling in the skyline. We treated the apartment as architecture within architecture: brushed stainless-steel panels line the walls and ceilings, turning the rooms into a single reflective instrument that doubles the light and the view. At its centre, a helical steel staircase rises as sculpture — the one gesture everything else serves. Warm concealed LED coves run against the cool metal, while deep rugs and neutral upholstery return softness to the plan. Restraint, proportion and one clear idea, held across two floors.
